• What We Do

Our Structures Business services the Cold Storage and Commercial & Industrial markets.

For Cold Storage clients, CES furnishes and installs insulated metal panels and doors for building cooler, freezer and food processing facilities. Our crews are specially trained in cold storage construction techniques. Whether a small walk-in unit or an entire warehouse, the CES team meets our goal of total customer satisfaction.

For commercial & industrial clients, Insulated Metal Panels create the perfect envelope solution in one easy step compared to traditional multi-component built-up systems.

CES furnishes and installs insulated wall panels for commercial and industrial building envelopes, in new and retrofit construction. Applications include, but not limited to schools, manufacturing facilities, distribution warehouses, equipment maintenance buildings, retail buildings, medical buildings, aircraft hangars, correctional facilities and office buildings.

CES capitalizes on our core design, manufacturing and installation services to build out special controlled environments for clients requiring rooms with exacting environmental standards.

There are a variety of industries that are very much aligned to CES’s structures business but require special environments, particularly within food storage and food manufacturing verticals.  Beyond those, we support special environments where we assist manufacturing or R&D facilities, where there’s some need for special controls, whether it be test chambers, stability chambers, or an environment that demands constant or variable temperature. And these environments vary based on the manufacturer and the application or the product they are manufacturing, so a custom approach is taken for each Special Environment Systems project we undertake.

Today, you can now find CES working in the life science arena, or building clean rooms for drug manufacturing, or high-tech product manufacturing applications.

What sets CES apart is our control systems and how those control systems are integrated into the equipment selection so that efficient special environments can be achieved.

In 28 years since we began our Special Environment Systems, we have gained an understanding about how the related equipment works and how we are able to control them, to achieve high quality, high reliability, low operating costs, and excel in special environment design.

We have a vast library of industry knowledge in this area. And it comes from many years of encountering the specifications and qualifications that come from the customers who need to create these special environments.

Rely on our team’s expertise to bring you the best solution for every project.  And to complement our Controls, CES manufactures products that help users increase efficiency by lowering energy costs, and with overall lower costs to operate.

CES provides a variety of on-going services for both our Structures and Special Environments businesses.

Supporting our structures business has been “our Doorman” offering. For customers that have multiple doors throughout their plants, we set up even a service contract where approximately every six months, our door technician will go in and make a list of things that need to be done, give them a rough idea of how much it’s going to cost, and then service it after approval.

Our controls division is offering comprehensive monitoring and support services for clients with our turnkey special environments.
