CES foamwall® insulated panels

CES continues to lead the field in value and quality in cold storage construction. Our Foamwall ® insulated panels are manufactured to customer specifications and are ideally suited for both cooler and freezer applications. A catalytically cured single component urethane adhesive with 100% contact area provides a permanent bond between the panel facings and the insulated core. Panels are available in widths up to 48 inches and lengths up to 33 feet. CES will manufacture your panels using the insulation cores and facing materials identified below:


Insulation Cores

Choose from:

  • Expanded polystyrene - EPS
  • Extruded polystyrene - DOW STYROFOAM
  • Polyisocyanurate - URETHANE

All cores are available in thicknesses of 1 to 10 inches.


Facing Materials

Standard Stock Items Include:

  • 20 G and 26 G galvanized steel, mill finished
  • 26 G galvanized steel, smooth or stucco embossed USDA white
  • .032" aluminum, mill finished
  • .032" aluminum, smooth or stucco embossed USDA white
  • .045", .060", .090" stucco white fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP)
  • .060" smooth white FRP
  • Plywood and oriented strand board with thicknesses as required

Special Order

CES can gladly accommodate special orders such as:

  • Stainless steel, the gauge and finish as required
  • Class I fire rated FRP
  • Special colors - painted steel aluminum and FRP
  • Special gauges - steel, aluminum and FRP
  • Porcelainized steel
  • Steel or wood framing
